Day 1 - Fri 20 June - Lecture and Hands-on

Patient evaluation, Patient case selection & Consent Radiographic guides & Imaging, Interpreting 3D scans
Bone Evaluation & Bone Density
Surgical Anatomy and Radiology for Implant Surgery Surgical set up

Live Surgery on your patient under the director supervision Attendees can observe and freely ask questions during the procedure

Case must be presented by 9st May for a review of the case. Patient medical history and, CBCT must be presented

Course Director

Dr. Houman Larijani

Dr Houman Larijani is a highly experienced and skilled practitioner with extensive experience and education in oral surgery, implantology, and complex dentistry. His surgeries range in complexity from the placement of single implant to whole-mouth rehabilitation. Houman is well versed in a wide range of surgical techniques and has performed over 1000 implant surgeries. Having received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2006 with First Class Honours, Dr Larijani was immediately drawn to the world of complex oral surgery. He is currently completing a Master of Science in Oral Implantology from Goethe University, Germany. Exemplifying the significance of evidence-based practice, Dr. Larijani is actively involved in academic research. He has published papers in the International Journal of Dentistry. He also has an active role in the mentorship of general dentists.

Dr. Seth Yoo

Dr Seth Yoo has graduated from Griffith University (Gold Coast) with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science, and a Graduate Diploma in Dentistry.
He completed the Master Implant Program (Bii) under prosthodontist and clinical associate professor Dan Brener and Advanced Bone Grafting with Cadaver Hands-On Training (CII) and attended Dental Implantology Advanced Course Live Surgery (GIIA) in Tijuana (Mexico) with a team of specialists including a periodontist and an oral maxillofacial surgeon. He’s also completed All on Implants™ Treatment concept Mini- Residency with oral maxillofacial surgeon Dr Han Choi and prosthodontist Dr Alan Payne.
Dr Seth Yoo constantly involves himself in learning, and strongly believes in studying current innovative techniques to improve patients’ experience. His special interest lies in implant, All-on-X and surgical treatment that provides a beautiful and fully functioning smile.
