The SURGIDENT SD-TQ Universal Torque Wrench is designed for precise tightening and loosening of implant prosthetic components across a wide range of implant systems.
Its compact angular head design provides improved access to posterior and molar areas where conventional straight torque wrenches can be difficult to use.
With an adjustable torque range of 5–35 N/cm, the SD-TQ provides controlled and repeatable tightening. An audible click indicates when the selected torque has been reached.

Easy Driver Installation
The driver can be quickly installed and secured using the locking mechanism on the wrench head.
Simply unlock the latch, insert the required 1.2 mm driver, and return the latch to the locked position.
Always ensure the driver is securely seated before use.
Detachable & Autoclavable Head
 
 
The SD-TQ head can be separated from the main body for easier cleaning and sterilisation.
The detachable head is suitable for autoclave sterilisation, helping maintain appropriate infection-control procedures between patients.
 
Adjustable Torque Selector
Torque can be easily adjusted using the selector located at the base of the wrench.
Selectable Torque Range: 5–35 N/cm
When the selected torque is reached, the wrench produces an audible click, helping provide consistent tightening while reducing the risk of excessive torque.
 
Lubrication & Maintenance
A dedicated lubrication port is located at the bottom of the wrench body.
Apply suitable dental handpiece oil as recommended to maintain smooth operation and prolong the life of the internal mechanism.
Regular lubrication is recommended before or after sterilisation according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Recommended Use
Select the required torque.
Insert and securely lock the appropriate driver.
Engage the prosthetic screw.
Tighten until the audible click is heard.
Stop applying force once the selected torque has been reached.
Clean, sterilise and lubricate the wrench according to the manufacturer's instructions.
