The SUPREMO Kit SMILE, developed in collaboration with Dr. Ricardo Kern, is a specialised microsurgical tunneling instrument set designed for minimally invasive periodontal and mucogingival procedures.
The kit includes five precision tunneling instruments, each developed to provide controlled access, tissue elevation and mobilisation while minimising trauma to delicate soft tissues.
The instruments feature SUPREMO’s distinctive OCTOPUS anatomical silicone handle, designed to provide enhanced grip, comfort and control during microsurgical procedures.
